The staff are always super friendly and hospitable and helped me resolve the payment link issue and apologised promptly and were kind about it

On booking.com I selected the option to pay at the hotel. But the hotel sent me a payment link before the cancellation deadline to secure my room booking. When I arrived the payment wasn't reflected on their system but I had the payment confirmation email. When I informed them that I requested to pay at the property they said they were very busy and send payment links to secure the rooms during the busy period which is the opposite of paying at the property. A disclaimer should be added to booking.com

Moven Pick at Al Mamzar is very good hotel in a very quiet location, near the Dubai Fish Market

Moven Pick at Al Mamzar is in a very quiet location. Very close to an interesting Dubai Waterfront Fish Market, less than 10min. drive. The apartments are huge with all the facilities and also very clean. A bit cold inside even with AC off. I give lots of compliments to Mr. Satish who is very supportive.

Breakfast is just classic, better food presentation is required. It takes a long time to top up foods. Juice jugs are leaking and spilling, making the floor sticky. No enough coffee/tea cups also take a long time to replace cups and juice glasses. The buffet restaurant needs strong management. Other Moven Pick Hotels are excellent with attractive buffets.

A pretty good option ,in that part of Dubai

This Hotel is a great opsion if you want to visit a different part of Dubai. The Hotel is nice ,the room is big and the pool and gym is pretty nice to . Also the staf at the reseption is wery atending ,and will do there best to forfill your wich . The food at the resturant is also good ,and you can explore the area bye walking around ,also to the Mamza beach or that area . tehy do have smoking rooms,but because I was in the area of the Hotel ,a few days before my own stay ,I went in to ask about a non smoking rooms ,an theHotel provided that . The staff is wery atending .I really cant understand ,why there is some really bad rewiev ,on the booking site ,because i dont think the Hotel has any sirius problem at all .

All was fine at the Hotel,nothing to complain about. The only issue was the water on the "beach"lake. It was full of some strange looking water gelley fich ,I dont know if they would sting ,so I dident swim during my one day stay . But still all was plesent at this hotel.Plus the rate was pretty good around new year.

Will never go back.

The only thing i like is the size of the apartment, and the price.

1.in the first night we found only one towel in the bathroom and when we requested for another one they bring it in the next morning. 2. The towel was torn and no one can use it. 3. The water kettle didn't work and they change 3 for us, and there were no teaspoon to make the coffee and we requested and waited for one hour or more. 4. When the cleaner came and clean the room they didn't keep any towels and when we asked they said that all the towels still in cleaning and once it finish they will bring, and that take until next morning when we calked again for the towels. 5. There was a problem with the valet parking service, where we had a scratch in our car which wasn't there before and they denial.

Has a long way to go....

Spices restaurant was excellent and especially Surendra was helpful and going extra mile to ensure the guest a memorable stay. Max points can be given to in house dining, parking facility, location and cleanliness.

I specifically called the hotel before arrival to ensure whether I can check in at 6:00am on 14th since I have an early flight and I have booked the hotel from 13th to 17th despite I'll be leaving the room 16th mid night. However, the hotel responded to me requesting the full payment which was unusual as I booked for 4 despite staying only for 72 hours. Yet I made the payment and my only request was to keep the room ready and a smooth check in as I'll be jet lagged. Yet I had to wait for the receptionist for 15 mins and the check-in took 30 mins. When I went to the room; toothbrush, bathrobe, bathmat, water, slippers and Shaving kit were not available. So I had to wait for another 30 mins after a wash until the house keeping staff was reminded for the 2nd time. The next day I was out and when I came to the hotel there were no water available and when requested I was told only 2 bottles per day is given. I then had to remind them that they have forgotten to leave 2 bottles for that day and had to complaint to get the water that they should have initially kept in the room. I had my business partner visit me and since I was in a 1BHK apartment, I wished her to come to my room and discuss the issues we're dealing but the receptionist didn't accept the ICP apps EID and insisting on the hard copy, despite the ICP app has been treated as the legitimate source of identification in immigration and other government institutes. I always had to remind the housekeeping staff to bring stuff at least twice. However, in house dining was quick and didn't need reminders. Overall disappointed with this hotel. I'm Titanium member in GHA Discovery program and was trying to experience ALL hotel chain and my first impression is SHIT..!!! Trust the management can improve their staff's attitude and readiness of the room in future.

Breakfast was exceptional with many options. Moreover. we asked for earlier check-out due to our flight and had a breakfast as early as 4:45 a.m. in our room! Small kitchen was useful, coffee and tea every day. The room was pretty spacious and very helpful staff

It was a smell of smoking in the room all time notwithstanding it was prohibited to smoke inside. First, we supposed that previous guests did smoke, but after decided that it was from ventilation. Swimming pool on the roof is mostly for children and didn't work early or late in a day
